What we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, brand details you provide.
• Usage: prompts, generated outputs, saved creations, chat threads.
• Billing: handled by Stripe — we never see full card numbers.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps).

How we use it

To deliver and improve the Service, fulfill quote requests, provide support, send service emails, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Sub-processors

We rely on trusted providers to run the Service: Lovable Cloud (hosting & database), Stripe (payments), Google & OpenAI (AI generation), and Mailgun (email delivery). Quote requests are shared with Hudson Rowe staff and the relevant sourcing partners (Sage / PPAI).

Your choices

You can update your profile or delete your account from the Account page. Deleting your account removes your profile, chat threads, and saved creations. You can request a copy of your data by emailing us.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active, plus a short period for backups and legal compliance. Billing records are retained as required by tax law.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies and local storage only for authentication and session management — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
