By creating an account or using the Hudson Rowe Marketing studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service provides AI-generated marketing assets (copy, briefs, social posts, images) and access to promotional product sourcing through Sage and PPAI partners. AI output is provided "as is" — review before publishing or printing.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Don't share your account or use the Service for unlawful or infringing purposes.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period. Quotas reset at the start of each billing period.
You retain ownership of inputs and outputs generated for your account. You grant Hudson Rowe a limited license to process inputs to deliver the Service. You're responsible for ensuring your inputs don't infringe third-party rights.
Quote requests are non-binding until a formal quote is issued and accepted in writing. Pricing, lead times, and availability are subject to supplier confirmation.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hudson Rowe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
